Tracking your order is very simple. You will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code once the order has been shipped. In this mail you will find a link with a Track & Track code. Through this link your order is very easy to follow and you know exactly when you can expect your order.

It may happen that the package is delivered at a time when you are not at home. If this is the case, the package will usually held by the logistics partner and another moment will be chosen to deliver the package. It also happens that your order is delivered to the neighbors, of course you will be kept informed about this.
We ship our products worldwide! The delivery time depends on the part of the world, but of course we try to deliver as soon as possible.

You can use your discount code when checking out your product. When you have added the chosen product to the cart you can click the button checkout. Then you can enter a code on the right side in the bar discount code and click apply. The discount will automatically be calculated in the purchase amount.

You will receive a reminder from us within 12 hours to complete your order.
Warranty and Returns
You can return your order within 14 days by emailing us: info@oblac.nl. You will receive the full order amount credited.
We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of the return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
The costs for returning are for your own account. The costs are approximately € 5,-, for the exact rates please consult the website of the carrier.
You can, of course, make a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months after discovery of the defect via info@oblac.nl. We treat all complaints with coulance and will do our best to treat the complaint free of charge.
