We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them in perfect condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens so that you can claim warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months after the discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints

There is always the possibility that something doesn't quite go as planned. First you can let us know about the complaint by sending an email to info@oblac.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit the complaint for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.

Return Policy

It may occur that you want to return an order. Maybe because you don't like the product or maybe there's another reason why you wouldn't want the order anyway. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receiving it without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. You will only have to pay the costs of returning the product from the webshop. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, please consult the website of the carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging will be returned to oblac.nl. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@oblac.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of the return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we advise you to contact us first. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.
